“First of all, I’m using this service a lot and had no issue with it before. This time though, when arrived to my car after 1 week, the battery was flat. The car was not locked, the seatbelt was buckled. Before handed over the car, AC was turned off, lights were turned off, radio was turned off. When returned, AC was on, radio was on, parking light was on. Most probably the parking light caused the battery to go flat. (Had no battery issues previously, 1 week earlier my car spent 2 weeks airport parking, minus celsius every day at night, but had no issue with starting the engine or unlock the car. The battery was fully charged prior using Airparks Luton Drop & Go service.) Huge mistake from Airparks. But at least they are prepared for flat battery occasions, they have big jump starter to come to your help. I hope this won’t happen again with me (or ideally with anyone) in the future.”
“I have been parking with APH for quite a long time. However, this time was a bit disappointed as my rear car window was left open (I had it closed when I dropped the keys) so with minus temperature outside the whole interior was full of moisture and frost. took ages to defrost and not healthy for the interior. Mistakes happen otherwise happy”
