“I booked the car park about 4 hours before, I then had a accident in my car resulting to not be able to drive it. So I asked for a refund, they never answered the phone & the email I got back a few days later being very unhelpful telling me they couldn’t do nothing. Awful service”
“Easy drop off and collection procedure. Bus to airport absolutely rammed full.
On return chaos at bus stop R, only one queue for two different types of ticket, no one knew what was happening. Also bus again rammed full of people including families with babies and young children who had to stand for the journey.”
