“This is the worst car park we have used. When returning from holiday we were given the car keys and told it was "over to the right". Well, all the cars were. The section "N" was hard to spot as the car park is poorly lit and it was just after midnight. The rain was bucketing down and the alphabetic layout didn't always follow suit. The car park surface was very poor, so bad was it that one of the suitcase wheels broke off. Even worse when we found our car it was parked in a pond. There was no way of gaining access to it other than to submerge my feet and shoes in it to get to the door. Once in I then found that my electric door mirror had been forced up and the driver's side one still won't work properly. Car Park from hell. If you offered me £500 to park my car there again I'd say keep your money. Everything else regarding Luton Airport was great, just a shame we'll probably never choose to fly from there again due to the poor parking experience and associated additional costs.”
“Efficient service but not much information about bus pick up, different buses from airparks use the same bay for pick up, so everyone has to ask the driver if it’s the right one”
“A first class service apart from machines at collection not working but a guy there returning car keys anyway which was probably quicker . Would certainly use again .”
“Efficient at the car park; dropped our car and waited less than 5 mins for the bus. Coming back we waited a bit at the airport but the car was ready for us, and no problems with collection despite being 3 hrs delayed. Always a good value way of parking for Luton Airport if you are willing to wait for the bus to and fro.”
