“I was very disappointed with your company as I paid for 5 day stay at Luton carpark when l went on the day for drop off my booking was not their the attendance had to do new booking so wasted my time n on return when I scanned the receipt for key collection it stated l have to pay £100 l was confused went back to the attendance n showed him my booking ref n payment done
I was embarrassed by my friends for having to run around pls look in the matter”
“Drop off was fine.
Returning just before midnight, there was a long queue for the bus which was consequently very full. Driver rather rude when queried over which stop we should have got off at. Nothing was visible through the windows in the dark and the rain, and confusing that there is no mention in the written instructions of needing to listen out, over the noise of other passengers, for the driver shouting “BLOCK PARK”!
Once we had the correct stop, collection of our car and exit was smooth.”
