I have somewhat reluctantly put 'Yes' to recommending APH this time, but only because it's based on previous years of fair service. This time going out (17th Oct) there was'nt enough Transport early in the morning at 6.15, yet they know exactly how many cars would be arriving. Long wait for 'second' bus with enough space which wasted almost another half an hour. Coming back on the 24th was quicker, but then long queue as just one worker SLOWLY sorted out keys to peoples cars! Good price, but hope next time will be better.

Luckily the off-airport parking didn't suffer the same fate as on-site car park two (the fire) while we were away. A very efficient service that could only be improved by ensuring that sufficient busses are available to handle the number of expected clients late at night. Our bus was crowded with standing room only and several people were turned away until the next one arrived (only one on duty) which was not nice at midnight.

Very good service the only thing is where you drop off the keys it feels like the boxes where the keys go it's a long drop and the keys bang on the floor... something should be placed on the box floor instead of hitting the floor

As a recent customer, we are very disappointed with the way we were treated. We left the car in the parking lot for 2 weeks and when we returned we found broken mirror covers. We immediately reported the problem at the reception, after which the employee asked us to write form reporting the problem and said that they would check the cameras and would get back to us within 5 days. 2 weeks passed when they called us and told us that the cameras showed that it was the employee's fault and they take full responsibility for the damage caused and that they would refund us the money we spent for the parking lot and they will send us an e-mail with confirmation. 4 weeks have passed and we have not received a refund or confirmation e-mail. we also called them several times to remind them and still nothing. It turns out that we will have to pay for the damage done from our own pocket. I do not recommend this parking lot to anyone.

Waited 30 minutes late at night for the bus to come back to the airport to pick us up to bring to collect the keys. Driver was rude as well.30minute wait esp at night with children is unacceptable and a poor service.
