“The drop off was seamless and as good as you can get, the return on the other hand was a nightmare
No organisation with regards to the que at bus stop R there were people everywhere
No priority given to disabled or family’s with pushchairs it was chaos
In the end we decided to forget the bus and grab a taxi back to the car park which cost me £30 so in the end the overall cost it would have been cheaper to park on site”
