“Absolute shambles went to collect my keys from the locker to no avail had to find someone to help they tried something i went back tried again still no go had to find some one again they printed a new barcode went back tried again still didn't work had to find someone again eventually they managed to get my keys out unfortunately this all took an hour and was not pleasant at 1o,clock at night shall be looking for somewhere else to park I'm December”
“All a very easy process only problem was on the return from airport as there was no organisation at the pick up point at airport so when the bus arrived there was a lot of pushing and shoving from people who were not in the correct line and wanted to push in front of all the people who had been waiting in line for a considerable time. Apart from that it was easy to use”
“Quick and easy service with a 10mon shuttle service to the airport.
The only note that I’d make is that on the booking it says the shuttle is running based on request, which is not exactly true, but we didn’t have to wait longer than 20mins”
