“We have used this facility at Luton before and found it very useful and affordable.
On this occasion we arrived at 04.30 in the morning and were warmly greeted and instructed where to go.
We handed over our car keys and promptly boarded a bus to Luton Airport.
Upon our return to the UK, we were instructed to board a bus from one of the bus stations stands. The bus arrived after just a few minutes and whisked us away to collect our vehicle.
The only problem being that we had requested a Disabled Parking Space which turned out to be too far away for my wife to walk. I ended up having to leave her in the wet dark, find the car and then drive around to where I'd left her. Not exactly a pleasant experience after a days travel”
“Service was quick and easy to use, staff were informative. However once we landed we was greeted by Chris our bus driver he was absolutely fantastic, spent time talking to our kids, helped with all our cases. He went out of his way on his break and helped us take our cases to our car he really went above and beyond! His kindness and time will always be remembered thanks so much Chris!”
