Keys were aluto-dispensed but the car location was not immediately obvious as the bar code sticker was partially across the zone indicators. Car was parked on a muddy patch too close to next car making access very difficult. Bar code on Key Tag did not operate exit barrier. Voice help did not recognise our car registration and asked for booking ref which was not to hand. Eventually barrier was raised.”
“All good but lakes the human input compared to Gatwick APH parking, very confusing return bus ride to pick up car I.e bus does not display APH also driver did not make clear that the bus opiates in more than one carpark”
