“Arrived feeling a bit dubious, but there were plenty of very helpful and friendly staff to assist. Very clear direction was given, and even the return trip was explained before we left.
Our driver was friendly to the airport and again for the drive on the way back to the car (even at 0100).
Collections of keys is literally foolproof.
The way our car was parked though… wedged tightly between two others with cars at an angle behind ours, it was very obviously we were parked in. Took loads of 2” shuffle movements to eventually get out. Unfortunately, no staff at that time of night but I guess as we managed to eventually get out it wasn’t too bad. Not to discourage anybody using the service as value for money is great really, just allow yourself the shuttle transfer time plus 15 minutes incase you miss the bus as we did on the way out.”
“It's so easy! Went to drop off keys and the man o the desk already had my details upDriver helped stow my cases in the back.Small bus waiing and left soon after I boarded.
On return waited 10 mins for the bus - I was the only one there so driver left for Slip end striaght away and when we arrived the person on duty went and got my keys for me.
Excellent - never had a bad experience
