“Very easy to find car park.
Somebody was there when we arrive. When we came back, we followed the instructions which were very clear and easy. No problems.”
“It was a straight forward procedure, hardly any waiting time upon arrival to the car park unloading our car, handing the key at the desk and the same thing upon arrival back at Luton airport the bus was waiting for us, directions of where our car was parked were very clear after inserting our card in the machine, picked up the key from the box indicated and off we went, brilliant.”
“Dropped our car and keys off all fine. Bus pick up on return journey was very disorganised. We were not informed that there were two drop offs, one for self parking ( owner has key) and one where you have left your key. Half the bus got off at the first stop then had to get back on !!!!! It was chaotic as here were people in wheelchairs and people with babies struggling getting on and off. The driver was unhelpful, only saying “ self drop off” we all self dropped off but some kept their keys.”

“This is the first time we used this car park operated by air parks. The only issue we had was whether staff are familiar with EVs ( we used the drop off and left it for staff to park). Having left the car ( Niro EV), we had app warnings that the car was left running and I needed to phone to ask them to turn the car off after 1 hour! ( equivalent of leaving a petrol engine running). During the course of our trip the car was moved almost once a week - leading to a battery % drop from 67% to 57% ( due the heavy use of climate control). Normally once car is parked and left battery drop is 0%. I think the parking system for EVs would benefit from a review and the parking team receiving more training on EVs.”
