“Very unhappy with the really long wait with loads of families, waiting on a bus to turn up at the stand at Luton. Then when it did it was so packed full with people, again families standing very poor. You must know when flights are in, get more busses rolling.”
“All self service different from other APHs. Didn’t recognise my booking. Had to input details then wouldn’t take them correctly. Got help from the lady on the desk and still didn’t work said had to pay £20? When I didn’t need to. In the end the lady on the desk had to do it for me. Coach packed each way had to stand up. In return the Card given to me with where to meet at Luton wasn’t clear and I couldnt see which stand to meet at. After asking a few people I found it. When I went to collect keys the machine said I needed to pay £20 again. Had to go to customer service to get them to correct the details again before I could collect keys. Very dark in car park not meant lights.”
