“Dropping car off was simple and convenient. Bus arrived quickly and was not crowded (10.00 am Saturday). Drops passengers off right outside the terminal.
Lost a point for return journey, which was a little frustrating. 1st bus was full so had to wait for another bus (6pm Saturday). Next bus arrived 15 mins later, so not a bad wait That also filled up to standing room. New passengers got on the still full bus before we had got off, which didn't help speed up the process. Collecting car key was fine but my car was in row N, which is the only row not signposted (back fence). You also need to keep your key collection ticket with barcode to raise the exit barrier, which is not mentioned, so had to scrabble around to find it at the barrier but then it didn't work anyway. Took a while for anyone to respond to the help button but finally did after 4 tries.
Would use again. Now that I know the exit drill, it should be easier next time.”
“First time using the long term drop and go at Luton. Very cost effective compared with on-site parking. Only complaint is that wherever the car ended up being parked was that it needed a good wash afterwards. Must have been under a tree somewhere.”
