“Easy place to find just off the M1. Easy car drop off with bus waiting to take us to the airport, just had to wait for the bus to fill. On our return bus stop E was easy to find, again a bus waiting, the car pick up was easy.”
“Easy to find, quick and easy to check in. Journey to and from the airport were good with very little wait etither way.
Also staff were really very helpful when my car wouldn't start on our return, I really can't thank you enough.
I would definitely recommend APH parking.”

“Used the drop & go service. Arrival was fine but the return was very poor. There were too many passengers waiting for the pick-up bus. My car was parked very tightly and square-on in a row with cars in the row behind parked very close and diagonally. It was nearly impossible to reverse out and took at least 10 manoeuvres to get my car out even with parking sensors. Reported it to the office but they were not that interested. This is the second time my car was badly parked on my return and am starting to think that self park may be the better option. Have used this service many times before without any issues.”

I have been a loyal APH customer for many years (check your records) but sorry to say I will not be using APH Luton ever again!!
On arrival at Airparks (no APH signage) I was told "you do not have a booking on our system" apparently this is a common problem with all so called "APH" bookings.
Luckily the onsite rep was extremely helpful and entered a new booking manually this was time consuming and totally unnecessary.
If you (APH) are going to advertise and offer parking at Luton then may I suggest you do not outsource to a third party.
I started with "what a shame" because Gatwick and Stansted have never been an issue.
