“Seamless experience out and return. Luckily, upon arrival there was assistance in the key drop hut which sped up the key drop process. Key lockers upen return easy to operate & my car was clearly signposted to find nearby. I would use this service again. To make the service even better upon return, it would be beneficial to tell passengers who need to disembark first when arriving back to sit at the front of the bus as it was difficult getting off with luggage past people on the rammed bus.”
“Used car park in April for a 8 day booking. Booked in advance using tesco clubcard vouchers. Sat Nav took us straight to site and plenty of staff onsite to advise and book u in. Bus was there waiting to take us to airport which took about 10mins. You leave your keys and they then move it to a space. Came back late at night and waited about 10mins for a bus to show. The meeting point was different to what was on our documents but no major hassle. Again there were staff on site to provide info on how to use system for getting your keys (it's like a vending machine where u scan your code and a little compartment opens up with your keys). Was a bit annoyed as my car was parked furthest point from reception and it was dark and 11.45pm but I might just be a grouch. All felt safe and professional- would use again.”
