“Quick efficient way to park. Good shuttle service. Easy to collect the car keys on return with a self serve system.
No one on site I don't think when we collected the car, which may be a problem if you have any issues. We found it all worked well though. Would use again”

“We had a good experience with dropping the car off, however on our return our car had a puncture, im not saying it happened whilst the car was parked up for a week, the nail that was in the tyre could have happened on our drive to the airport. We got off the transfer bus and our car was waiting for us. On walking towards our car we could see the front drivers side tyre was clearly flat. A man came to pump our tyre up and gave us information were we could go into Luton to get the tyre repaired as it was a new tyre on the car, on inspection from the tyre garage the fitter said if the car hadn’t bin driven he could have repaired the tyre, we believe our car was driven with a flat tyre to the waiting area for us to deal with the it.”
