Super easy to book online. I had to amend my booking too due to unfortunate circumstances and found this super easy and clear to do too. Easy to find following instructions given in correspondence. The whole process on site was extremely clear and easy to follow. The buses are prompt and regular so never had to worry about missing out getting to the next stop on our journey. Everyone was polite and helpful. The collection process was even easier! Scan a barcode and out pops my key! I will 100% use APH again. Great value for money. Thank you.

Very nicely organized parking from the moment of arrival until picking up the car. Helpful and nice staff. Fast bus connection to the airport. And most importantly, affordable, good prices. I will be a regular user and I also recommend it to my friends.

easy quick process did take less than a minute to park a car and drop my key. bus is always available, near the airport. journey is only 10 minutes. Love it

Great service dropping off and collecting keys. But was slightly confused as to the location of my car. On collecting my keys, I was initially confused by the 6 letter code on the label. I was holding the ticket between thumb and fore finger, thereby covering the circled letter (G) (bottom right hand corner), so I couldn't immediately see the location Row of my car. As the employee driver appears to have already used a pen to write on the white part of the ticket (Drop Box number), is it possible that they could also write the location Row letter on the white part of the ticket as well, as back up for travel weary and 'challenged' customers ? :)
