“Getting to he drop was simple. However the instructions sent to me were confusing and not compatible with what actually happened. The bus bays given and the actual bays the bus used was not the same at the airport. I was instructed to show tickets to bus driver but he was not interested. I was instructed to swipe thekey fob at the exit barrier and there wasn't one. Having said that, the system in general did work. My car was intact and easy to park and retrieve using the automated system.”
“Great service. Parked right in front of the entrance. Also due to issues with the booked in car we arrived in a diffrent car. We were able to change the car on one of the booking in consoles and drop the keys. My girlfriend was a bit worried as the car was only a few weeks old. Got on the bus which was fully but we stood right at the front which was great.
Coming home we were met by the bus within 5 minutes of waitint outside. Quicker than getting to other Luton car parks. The bus was less full on the way back and still had a few empty seats. Dropped of at the key collection area. We got the keys from the Bus Shelter key place and the car was right outside. I couldn't have been any closer. Loaded out luggage and drove home.
The only bad bit was the busy M1 on a Monday afternoon, but that is almost always the case.”
“When trying to check in, the system could not find my booking via reference number or the qr code or when a member of staff tried to find it. Therefore the staff member had to create a new booking for me in order to be able to park my car. The staff member was very helpful however if this was not the case, I’m not sure what I would’ve done. It was a bit disappointing to find out that the system could not find my booking.”

Only confusion was the change of pick up point after flight home as confirmation gave different location. Soon rectified!”
