“really don't like this automanted system, firstly you drop you keys into a box and hear it thud at the bottom and for all you know its broken, if you realise you have left something in the car, like we did theres no easy way to get it back. then when you come back from holiday you can easily miss or forget where the car is parked as it pops up without much of a highlight... please don't bring this to Gatwick”

When my wife and myself returned to collect our car yesterday under this booking we found the car surrounded by lateral water some 4" plus deep!
To actually get into my vehicle I had to wade through water and my canvas shoes soaked through . Not pleasant to drive home with wet feet !!!! (See attached photos that show the mess).
Is this how APH are providing customer care”
“Quite disappointed. I had to extend my stay abroad and I call them to extend my booking but unfortunately I've been told that's impossible and I will be charged 20 pound a day until I collect my vehicle. I would not recommend this carpark to anyone.”
