“I'm actually blown away with the service we recieved at APH Luton. You drive to the barrier and then through another and park in one of the drop off lanes, head into the drop off lounge we we were greeted by a staff member who helped us check the car in and that was it, leave your car key with then and you get your ticket which gives you transport to the airport terminal and return back to the car park on your return from holliday. Bus transport was every 10 minutes so no long waiting around.
On our return we were a little eairlier than our booked return time so we just called the number on the ticket where we had options, option one was to tell them we were at the bus stop. we just made our way to the bus stop as identified on the ticket and within 2 or 3 minutes, we were on a bus back to the car and there it was waiting for us. You had to go and collect the car key by scanning your ticket and it told you which number locker the key was in. This whole process was so simple and straight forward. I will always be using APH in the future, it really is a no trainer.”
