“First time that I have parked off airport for over 25 years. It was really good. Regular buses , great check-in. A relaxed start and end to our holiday.”
“Flawless. Easy to find, simple & quick drop off, fast comfy bus, dropped literally outside terminal door. On return, bus was waiting even at 1am, v simple key collection process. What more do you need... and I'm usually a v fussy customer!”
“Normally don't have any issues with using this facility, however did have one on this occassion. The issue I had was when collecting my car upon my return it was completely flat and would not start! It was fine when dropped off so can only assume that something was left on (lights) or door not properly shut when moved from lane and it completely drained my battery.
Had to go find someone to come and jump start my car, which they did but no explanation as to why it was totally dead. Not a good experience when I had already dealt with delayed flights, etc. Car has been fine since so I know there is nothing wrong with it.”
“I have used APH at various airports for approx 8 years and had 100% excellant service so a little disappointed with what we experienced at Luton recently when we arrived at car park late on Tuesday 18th June after a 4hr drive from home, they had no recollection of my booking (booked on 28th March) showed them my confirmation email they then had to make a new booking for me, when returning from holiday on Tuesday 25th June tried to scan barcode on ticket that I was given on arrival to get my keys for my car, barcode wouldnt scan then spent 15 minutes wandering around trying to find someone to help me, gentleman then had to go back to the office and produce another ticket that would scan, no complaints regarding both the gentleman who helped me on both arrival & return they were both very apologetic, friendly, helpful and professional, just disappointed with the admin and delays on what were both very long travelling days, will still continue to use APH gort a booking with
you in 4 weeks time at Liverpool Airport. just feedback for improvement.
