“Worst Airport parking I’ve ever had. Massive queue for transfer bus to airport, bus arrived 75% full and therefore took 4 buses before we could get on. Took 30 minutes to get to airport and road was closed on way to parking so ended up missing flight. One stressed person on self check in service took longer than should and instructions for APH not clear. Will not use this service again.”
“On the whole a good experience. We couldn't find our paper ticket on return, but assistance was good, although paper tickets are a nuisance & an app based system would be better. Pick up from airport, the bus bay had changed from when we booked. This should of been communicated better as we were lucky there was a national express rep at bus terminal to tell us where to go.”
“Quick simple drop off and pick up process.
The only thing I noticed was the price quoted 4 weeks ago went up by almost 20% when you go to book 2 weeks later but I suppose it may be same with other car parks too.”
