“In my confirmation email instructions were to go and wait at Bay R for the coach. Me and my family waited there for ages and then saw that there was nothing but national express coaches coming there. After walking up and down all the stops I called your helpline number and they informed me that the bus stop had changed some time ago and did not know why I had received the wrong information in my email ....which I had only received about two weeks beforehand. Poor service to give me the wrong information”
“We got lucky that the bus was coming round the corner when I was dropping off my keys, and he started to drive off but saw us and stopped to let us jump on, on return we waited 5 mins for the bus and no queue on return to site and in car and out in 5 mins.”
