“Unfortunately the old Bus driver was very rude and grumpy, he obviously doesn't want to be working in a customer facing role. He did not announce the stop for getting off and there were a few people that had to get back on the bus after seeing that it wasn't their car park. It was very dark and impossible to see. He made people feel stupid and there was an awful atmosphere. Change your driver and you may have better reviews!!”
