“The drop element went very smoothly, no issues.
It was different on the return, the bus was efficient and quick, the booth where we retieved the keys wasnt well lit, also the screen made you aware of where the car was parked, but it didn't stay on the screen long enough to see, before it opened the locker for the key. We couldn't see the letter on the keys card as the car park was also not lit and dark!! ..
In all they need extra lighting and the program to stay on the screen for at least another 30 seconds or a forward arrow to allow you to process the aisle.
