“Very quick and easy to drop off the car and only a 5min wait for the bus.
On return bus was outside the airport straight on and back to the cat. Got the keys straight away. Once I got to my car the battery had gone flat, the quick response from the workers come over with a heavy duty Battery charger and charger my battery and I was on my way home .”
“Every thing went to plan with the drop off but not great with the pick up/ car collection.
Bus arrive off around 10 minute wait not a problem.
As we arrived at car park bit of confusion as to which car we went to first. Then on to next car park which was our one.
Key collection was straight forward you get a picture of where your car parked but no direct as to which way.alot of other people were trying to walk between park cars while dragging their suitcases.
Not great at 2am cold and damp.
But the worst was the exit about 4 cars in front of me but the scanner was not reading the ticket. At best it took five attempts to read your ticket by the time the car Infront of me got to the barrier it would start to come down stop Go back up. The drive would try scanning there ticket then decided to just drive with it up. Started coming back down when it was my turn but again stopped and went back up I drove straight under it didn't bother trying to scan my ticket.
In the past you would drive up to the barrier it would read your number plate and open
