“Bit nervous dropping keys off as automated but someone on site to assist. Coach to and back after our holiday on time and easy to locate (instructions on key deposit receipt). Picking up keys on return easy however no notification we could see to locate where our car was parked so had to scour car park. Assumed it would be notified on the keys but may have been on screen and we missed it. Otherwise very happy and have already booked for next trip.”

“We accidently left a bag in the car park bus stop but we were able to confirm with Lost Property that the bag had been found. When we arrived back at the car park after the holiday, there was someone in the check-in area waiting with our bag. Brilliant! The drop and go is so quick and easy and the drop off point at the airport is so convenient for the terminal now, a vast improvement. The only downside is the wait for the next bus if you just miss one and there's not a lot of cover against bad weather at the airport, but overall, an excellent service”
