“Check in process was very easy via machine. Car parked by staff and on return, key collected via machine and on screen instructions directed to location of car. Did not have to wait long for shuttle bus either way although email confirmation stated different bus bay for return to what was on the ticket. Once ticket was checked, all went smoothly.”
“We didn’t get given a receipt therefore could not get the car keys when picking up.
The car was left in gear with no handbreak on. Very dangerous. The car was messed with, the buttons on the dashboard were reset in the car. The seats were not in the same position as left”
