“Great service overall at a very reasonable price .The car dropoff and collection is easy. The transfer time to and from airport was longer than Gatwick. Best to keep 45/60 minutes in hand from the time of hitting the carpark barrier to dropoff at Luton, to be safe.”

The drop off and pick up procedure was straight forward and the bus transfer quick and regular.
The only criticism I have is the way the cars are parked on site. Very closely packed and with different rows parked at odd angles. I struggled to reverse out of where my car was left it was so tight. The cars behind were at an angle barely leaving enough distance to get the nose out. Took several ins and outs until I had enough room to turn without risking hitting another vehicle. That said, an attendant quickly came over, recognising the issue and assisted. I am concerned that door dings and clips of wings are a regular occurrence at this site.”
