“Worst airport I’ve been to, as I arrived at Luton airport at 18:00 with my elderly parents (80 and 77) and proceeded to leave the airport, upon checking my email, was instructed to go to bus bay R, after waiting there almost 30 mins in the freezing cold, I asked a member of staff, and was then told, I need to be on bus bay A.
We then went to bus bay A and waited there for over 20 mins, after getting extremely frustrated and working for my parents as they were now really cold, I looked at my ticket that I received from the drop and go officer, only to read I should be at bus bay E!!???? .
Instructions for collecting the bus back to the car lot to get my car are absolutely rediculous!!!!
And I for one shall never use aph going from lion again”
