“Everything went smoothly at drop off and pick up. Sadly, my car got a huge scratch on the back bumper. To go through all the hoops and loops to find out who the driver of the other car was, it would be such a faff and probably I won't get anywhere. I haven't filed a complaint or request for their cctv. The service itself was fine but disappointed with the estate of my car upon pick up.”
