“Things seem to have changed at APH. Where are the pleasant, helpful, and polite drivers? Drivers used to offer help with loading cases and were always extremely personable.”
“The Drop & Go worked very well, but a little bit confusing the first time you use it. Will be much easier next time. There were regular busses to and from the airport, so the wait wasn't too long.
The busride wasn't enjoyable and you really had to hold on, if you were stood up.
It was very confusing on the way back, as the bus first went into the self parking drop off area and the DRIVER DIDN'T ANNOUNCE THAT. A large number of people got off, but we luckily realised it was the wrong place. This should have be made very clear, but the driver couldn't have cared less.”
“Everything worked perfectly until reaching the exit barrier . I scanned both pieces of paper but neither caused the barrier to open. Minor delay before operator raised it remotely.”
“Really easy system - once you get used to it! We were very grateful that there was an assistant there to greet us when we arrived, but check out was unmanned and easy. Buses frequent enough.”
