“Good Evening. Before I left my car there, I had a dent in my car’s bonnet. After picking up the car, it was very dirty on the outside and after washing it, I saw that around the previous dent, somebody had circled the dent and wrote ‘damaged’ next to it in scratches! I understand I had damage on my car’s bonnet, but this is unacceptable. If I’d have known this would happen, I would have never left my car there. I do not recommend unless you want your car’s dents to be labelled.”
“Using this parking facility suited my needs well. I would have given a 5 star rating, except for the fact that when I came to back to my car it had been left parked so close to the adjacent vehicle, on the drivers side, that I was only just able to squeeze in through my drivers door. If I was a bigger person I would have had to call them out in the middle of the night, to move the other vehicle to allow me to get into my drivers seat!”
“My wife and I returned Wednesday 14th May from Turkey to collect our car. As you no doubt know by now there were extreme problems in retrieving our keys. We arrived at the Airparks carpark around 12.30 am and because the machine was not working could not drive off until approx.1.45am or later and eventually got home at 2-45.
I appreciate that things sometime go wrong but there was no easy fix. There appeared to be no plan B other than the 2 attendants sorting out the issue whilst more and more new passengers arrived to find the place in chaos.
I am usually impressed with the efficiency of Airparks/APH. However on this instance with the exception of the 2 attendants who did their level best to assist the experience was not one to savour - especially at that time of the morning.
Some other travellers will have had an even longer delay than we experienced.
Please advise whether you feel any compensation is appropriate and whether you will introduce additional measures should this problem re-occur.”
