“Really easy check in process, friendly guy in the office, buses were really regular much more so than we've experienced at parking sites run by airports themselves. They took the car immediately to the car storage and from the tracker we could see it was only moved once- back to pick up area on day of our return. Will definitely use again.”

“Have never used Luton Drop and Go, we always fly via Gatwick (last 14 years, only 35 minute drive for us) when possible which is fantastic. The Luton car park, although, different is as good as Gatwick, as are the staff. Well done APH, as always simply the best.”

Distance is mitigated by the friendly driver, the spacious bus and the drop n go system.
No sooner had we parked, we were on the bus and away.
On return, the frequent bus service again transported us quickly back.

“The only issue we had was when we picked up the car the mirrors would not come out and it felt like they had been pushed in to far . Normally they cone out when the open but on the key is pressed I needed to manually pull them out only when I got home was I able to sort the issue by moving them again.
I am not sure what caused this and I am not blaming anyone but I was annoyed at the time .I am flying out of Luton again at the end if June but your prices are alot higher so not sure if I will book with you this time.”
