“Everything went fairly smoothly from check in to collecting our keys and car after our two week break. Bus was quite full on our return to the park as it was early afternoon.”

“This is thec1st time using Luton site and the reason I only gave 4* was it's a bit confusing because when you turn up the main sign points you to AIRPARKS with other names in smaller lettering underneath. Thought I'd parked self park but it was drop and go. It's all DIY regarding dropping and collecting keys didn't see many staff. Coach pick-up/drop off very good but not clear on return journey as to where you need to get off! I think this is a relatively new set up so bound to be some hiccups but I wouldn't dismiss using it again.”
