Was charged extra £20 as our flight back landed past midnight at the time of booking this didn’t flag up only until we was present in the car park. Left with no choice but to pay £20 for 1hrs parking. Other than the two points above was very easy once parked jump on the bus and go (nice friendly staff) no damage etc to my car. Would use again (our 2nd time first was Gatwick)”
“All went very smoothly, helpful staff at check-in, buses were clean and quick, on my return I was checked out and back on the road in about ten minutes. Very impressive and I’ll happily use APH Luton again. Just o e improvement needed - APH logo is small in the signage and it was a bit confusing at 3am when I was arriving as to whether I was at the right place. Better signage please!”
“I struggled finding it at first as not the easiest to find not knowing the area but suppose more my own issue rather than the car parks. More signage earlier on would really help.
The process was fast, efficient and worked well. Had a fair wait for the transfer bus back as our flight was a little delayed.”
“We were genuinely so impressed by the ease of this car park. The checking in/out instructions were spot on and it was approx 15 minutes to/ from the airport. Will definitely use again if we need to.”
“It wasn't immediately obvious that APH came under the Airport Parking banner, but once we had realised that it was very straight forward. Our return instructions said go to bus stop 6, however that turned out to be Bay E of the bus parking, once that was sorted then collect was very straight forward.”
