“With the site designed to cut down on staff it's a bit wild west for the drop off, by example due to the car in front of me believing his car was approx 10ft longer at the front compared to reality I couldn't fit into the lane fully so fingers crossed my car would not be a crumpled mess on rtn (thankfully not).
The sole person customer facing person on arrival was functional and efficient rather than big smiley welcoming, however no issues.
Rtn bus was surprisingly crowded at 01:00, key pick up was straightforward if you followed the instructions provided.”
“Absolutely horrendous! It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to the airport from Airparks. Even though it says when booking there are buses every 10 minutes. When we asked a staff member why it was taking so long they simply said it was because it was busy. Yet it’s no surprise how many people you have arriving because we all book in advance!! So you should have been prepared, knowing the amount of people you would have arriving at the same time. Shocking service, I will never be using it again.”
“Very simple, drive in, park your car in a numbered lane. You go to the kiost, tell them the lane and they will print a tag for your keys and tell you which number box to put in. Get your stuff and wait for the bus which comes every 10mins. On return, we were lucky to have a bus waiting and just about got in but waiting outside for a bus can be long, esp if u have just arrived from a hot place into the UK so worth considering.”
