“Drop off was easy, however on collection found that my driver side door trim has been taken apart and also the plastic trim inside was loose and my driver side seat belt no longer works. After going to reception they sent over someone to have a look. The gentlemen who come to take a looked then blamed me, and said they do not use the seatbelts when moving the cars. I asked them to check the CCTV as they can see when I came into the car park that my seat belt was working.”
