“Can't praise APH at Luton Airport highly enough. On drop off, staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we missed our flight and had to return to pick our car back up within 12 hours of dropping it off. The man who assisted us was excellent. He did everything he could to get our car back to us as quickly as possible and was very sympathetic to our situation. Suffice to say, I would have no hesitation in using APH in the future”
“Got back to my car at at 2am the machine said I was in row G and it was not , had to find car which was in row J and not in a car parking space , it was bumper to bumper with other cars in a row and was very difficult to get out of space , also pick up bus was so full and cases just chucked in by passengers that I spent the whole journey holding a suitcase from falling onto someone else’s baby in a pram in the isle , bus driver very do not give a crsp attitude as well , will not use again , very poor indeed.”
