“Fromm booking a space to drop off and pick up was very smooth. car drop off location was easy to find on google maps. Car was automatically photographed at the entry barrier for evidence on drop off condition. even during summer holiday month, I did not face any queing, keys taken by a staff (I believe Tesla key cards have to be manually collected where as other car keys can be attached to tags and dropped off at kiosks). Shuttle bus arrived within a couple of minutes and the ride to airport took less than 15 min. Similar experiance when collecting car, the shuttle bus arrived witin a few minutes and took us back to the drop & go locatioon. Key was available to collect by scanning the barcode given at time of drop off. Car was parked close to the liosk and we managed to drive out within 5 to 10 min. Overall a very pleasent service.”
