“The automated touch screen system wouldn’t except our booking reference upon arrival. The attendant was very rude and unhelpful. Lot of people having similar issues. First time I’ve had problems with APH in 30 years although I feel it’s more of an issue with Airparks !
Will not use this park and ride service again and would rather pay more to park at Luton airport itself.”
