“1st time using drop and go. It was so easy and quick. Drove in parked in line, used automated check in followed instructions, post keys with printed label into box on way to bus. Waited a few minutes and bus took us right outside check in building. On Return bus was just turning up took us back to Airparks collected key from locker using barcode that was printed on way out. Collected car from the row we were told it was in and off home we went”
“We’ve used APH Airport Parking many times before, but this was our first experience using their Luton Airport service.
Dropping off our car was quick and straightforward. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole process easy, and the shuttle buses run frequently, so we didn’t have to wait long. Our driver was also welcoming and pleasant, making for a great start to our journey.
Collecting the car was a little different compared to the APH service at Gatwick. Instead of a member of staff handing over the keys, you scan your barcode at a machine and your keys are released from a secure locker. The system worked fine, but I personally prefer having a member of staff available in case there are any issues with the machine or if you need assistance.
Overall, it was another positive experience with APH. The service was efficient, the staff were friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A more personal key collection process at Luton would make it a full 5-star experience.”
