“Easy booking process and check in was straightforward with an attendant available to talk me through the automated process and explain the automated collection process. Short efficient transfer to and from the airport and the ability to track the collection coach was reassuring. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
“Drop off and collection by bus was good. Was not happy that on return my car was not ready for collection. Everyone else on the bus received their car keys from the box collection point except me. When booking I gave the landing time of our flight and I didn't return early. I had to go to reception and wait for the person who had moved our car to return the keys, along with about another 40 sets of keysjumbled in a bag. Not impressed.”
“The automated touch screen system wouldn’t except our booking reference upon arrival. The attendant was very rude and unhelpful. Lot of people having similar issues. First time I’ve had problems with APH in 30 years although I feel it’s more of an issue with Airparks !
Will not use this park and ride service again and would rather pay more to park at Luton airport itself.”
