Don’t see the point in leaving car keys with them. We got back in the pouring rain to be told our car wasn’t ready for collection. Will not be using them again. I would rather pay more, keep my keys on me and collect my car without relying on anyone and drive off home after a long day travelling.

It is very easy to park and drop your keys to the assistant. A 15 min journey to the airport was easy. Return via a ticket given when at the start was via code on the ticket to locating the key, which also confirmed the position of the park car once found you free to go All in All easy for the user

Arrived and all but one booking in machines broken, then told the booking was not on the system reason booked my car in previous day aph error - thankfully caught the flight as this caused 1/2 hour or more delay. Returned found car wheels damaged gouged heavily curbed -tire broken seal on rim vehicle returned unsafe condition only 10psi in tyre. Spoke operator and reviewed in a picture in office taken by aph agreed on the new damage and called the manager - The manager took little or no interest in looking at the new damage on the car properly and refused to photograph new damage they had caused just interested in stating they were not liable for any damage to the vehicle whilst in their care and pointed out light pre-existing scuff marks which was not the new heavy damage - raised complaint - if no joy will block payment with a bank card as breach contract not looking after my vehicle - advise stay clear but if you do use them do not let them park your vehicle and take your keys with you. + to date how handled when issue raised from the customer's perspective shocking - manager at facility assumption training customer complaints procedure is just to say not liable feels poor

We couldn’t get to use the car park last Wednesday so we’re hoping to get a refund . The roads to it were closed due to car park fire . We have not heard anything regarding a refund . Will we be getting as we couldn’t access the car park ? Hoping to hear something soon . 07983537203
