“This company told me they weren’t operating this car park any longer - just before we travelled - and said they’d ‘upgraded’ us instead to the Maple Meet and Greet car park at Luton, they confirmed everything by email but when we got to the Maple Meet and Greet car park on the 20th December and indeed when we phoned them 20 minutes before our arrival there as they had requested us to do, they had no knowledge of our booking, which was concerning and took us extra time to attempt to sort out with phone calls to their head office waiting over 20 minutes for an answer which we didn’t get, with them eventually agreeing for us to leave the car with them and writing down all our details for them. Not really efficient or helpful when you have a plane to catch.”
“Paid extra for ‘anytime’ pick up …. Waited… and waited… called the number given.. voice mail… mailbox full !
When the driver eventually arrived he told me ‘no we haven’t done that for ages ‘
Classic case of mis selling .. if I could be bothered I’d report it to trading standards.. but as you asked !”
“Easy to find, easy to park. Never wait long for the shuttle bus. Great customer service. If I had one niggle it would be the road is very uneven with lots of potholes but for the price and what you get its really not an issue.”
