“It is frustrating that they charge extra for an "on demand" service, when there clearly is not one. I would have thought that sending buses to match incoming flights would be helpful. We had to wait half an hour on Sunday evening.”
“Airport arrival smooth, on return no-one answered the phone, waited 30 mins in torrential rain for a Bus. Once at the Car Park we were all told to get off and walk as works were being done, off we trotted in awful weather including parents with babies in prams getting drenched with Suitcases, no apologies, disgusting service, won't use your company ever again.”
