“We booked through a third party. When we arrived back at about 4 am the barrier didn't open. We had been told to make sure we had a ticket, which we did (Don't know why) and after waiting for a minute or two for the barrier to open I had to get out of the car to insert the ticket, which wanted to charge us £318 for the stay. I pressed the help button and a cheery man checked our name on his list, opened the barrier and wished us a good journey. All well in the end but it would have been nice if the barrier had just opened.”
“Only issue we have is with a number plate recognition, I followed the email instructions to the letter and still when at the exit on inserting my ticket the machine was requesting £197, on speaking to the person via the microphone the barrier was raised. Don’t know why this happens as it’s the same car every time and we’ve paid in advance.”
“Brilliant location, price and at the barrier when asked for several hundred pounds it was dealt with in minutes and off we went on our journey home.....no dragging luggage on and off transfer bus.....highly recommend”
“Booking through APH - meant our car was not recognised by the ANP recognition. We had to sit and wait with a queue of cars behind us, whilst the support staff found our reservation number. Otherwise worked ok.”
“No problem with the parking facilities and the short walk to/from the terminal this would be given 5 stars however one star has been deducted due to the ticket machine and controller telling us we owed £240 , thankfully we had the paperwork with us and after being told this the exit gate was promptly opened and we were on our way”
