“Have always booked with APH. Love the fact that I leave and find my car where I want and keep my key and am only a short walk from Airport building . Made a mistake going to Carpark 1 (I was convinced I booked carpark 1!) Instead of Carpark 2 but person speaking to me at the barrier said if I wanted to stay in Carpark 1, that wasn't a problem, she would just amend the booking. This was very much appreciated!”
“Bit pricey but being so close to the terminal building made access on arriving easy and departure when home seamless.Only issue on leaving after inserting ticket I was informed I owed £213. One quick call to help line and it was sorted. Very good experience overall.”
“Brilliant being able to park the cad then walk straight across the road to the airport. Especially good as we were qn early morning flight home, it meant we were straight in the car and home quickly.
Only downfall was finding a space in the carpark. We had to go round the full car park twice before getting a space”
“When I collected my car and tried to get exit the system didn’t recognised I had prepaid and it requested me a payment of £234. After contacting the support service the error was corrected and I was allowed to leave the parking without the extra cost.”
“Arrived to be told car park was full and i had to go to another car park. I picked this car park because of the short walk to the terminal. Have never booked a car park space to then be told on arrival that there are no space. . Was not cheap. Very poor service”
