“Instructions supplied took us right to the barrier at Fasttrack. A bit worried by the sign at the barrier about a minimum charge if we entered the Fasttrack area in error but we continued past the barrier. There was plenty of spaces and it was convenient to simply walk into the terminal. When we returned to collect the car everything went perfectly and we exited without any extra charge so my initial worries were unfounded. Simply, this is a great service and well priced particularly when you factor in the convenience of the location.”
“There were no spaces on the Fast Track level so I found an outside parking near row M&N. When I returned I could not find these rows . On enquiring at the help phone I was told there were no rows MN . A very helpful man met me on the ground floor and eventually found my car in the overflow car park. Clearly the lady on the phone line had not had sufficient training !”
