“All seamless until leaving. Inserted ticket and was told to pay £234 before barrier would be lifted. Had already paid on line when booking. Had to call attendant who then checked records and lifted barrier without any further conversation. Not sure if this was an airport car park problem but we held up some cars behind us.”

“Booked 2 cars in. One for me one for my son. When we arrived at barrier ticket rejected and said we were at wrong car park contacted assistant who after 5 mins said we were indeed at correct car park. And lifted the barrier for mr. Don’t need this aggravation at 4.30 am. When we tried to leave a week later ticket again rejected saying we were in the wrong car park contact assistant again. My son got parked ok but when he tried to leave the main car park ticket did not work and the assistant wanted him to pay £268 to allow him to exit. 3 other motorist were also having difficulties. A complete shambles”
